7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
The Winner Automotive Group offers a 7-day, 300-mile money-back guarantee on new and pre-owned vehicles. To begin a return or exchange, you must contact us before 5:00 pm on the seventh day in writing by reaching out to returns@winnerauto.com.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the vehicle must meet the criteria below:
- Has not been driven more than 300 miles.
- Has not been in an accident or have damage incurred.
- Has not been modified with aftermarket parts.
- Has not been altered in any way from the condition it was sold to you in.
- Has not had a lien altered other than any lien created in connection with your purchase or lease.
We will begin the registration process after the 7th day If you decide to keep your vehicle. If you exchange a vehicle, the value will be applied to the new vehicle, and any refundable balances will be returned to you.
- If you return or exchange your vehicle, any financing will be canceled once the return/exchange process is initiated.
- Funds can take up to 15 days to be returned to you after the return process is completed.
